Mr. Adomati Joel holds a master’s degree in Economic Policy and Planning, Bachelors of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a PECB Certified ISO 31000:2018 Trainer, PECB certified ISO 22301:2019/37301 2021 Lead implementer as well as GRC Expert.

Ms. Namara Juliet holds a master’s degree in CIPS UK, Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) Makerere University and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Makerere University. She is a member of the Institute of Procurement Professionals Uganda. She is a Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist, trainer and Capacity Builder. Other passions include Aquaculture and related value addition to fish supply chain.

Mr. Muganzi Medard holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a BSC in Economics of Makerere University. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management of Uganda Management Institute and Master of Management Studies (MMS – Under Research) of UMI. Through attending a number of postgraduate short training courses, Medard has enhanced his knowledge and skills in leadership and corporate governance, managing financial institutions, project finance, general and project management, interpersonal relations, strategic planning and strategy execution using Strategy Maps and Balanced Scorecard, public private partnerships, project monitoring and control, report writing and project finance, among others. He has a career that spans over 20 years of practical working experience with over 16 years in managerial responsibility. He has developed a passion in leadership and corporate governance, strategic management, international project financing and structuring, project and operations management, human resource management, promotion of private and public sector programmes and community development interventions. He has worked with both private and public sectors and with different development partners including the World Bank, AfDB, IDB and others. Mr. Medard is the former Chairman, Board of Directors of Hallmark Enterprises Friends Savings and Credit Cooperative Organization (HEF - SACCO), and former Chairman/CEO, NANAM Financial Services Ltd (NFS Ltd) In addition to participating in various research activities, Medard has also provided and participated in various consultancy services to a multitude of sectors including leadership and corporate governance, project financial modelling, strategic planning, and project management, business development services, rural enterprise development, productive use of energy, microfinance, renewable energy financing, as well as procurement to both private and public enterprises. Medard has also participated in various training assignments in and out of Uganda all aimed at improving skills in leadership and governance, credit and risk management.

Mr. Nuwamanya Geoffrey holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor’s degree of Commerce (Accounting). He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Tax Advisor and practitioner of external audit assurance services, internal audit, risk management and corporate governance. He has experience of over 20 years in both public and private organizations’ financial, management, audit and risk management. He is a partner at Greenfield and Co. Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Nahamya Moses B. holds a master’s degree in Economic Policy and Management and Bachelors of Science in Statistics of Makerere University. He holds CIPS level 4, 5 & 6 with more than 20 years in Public Sector Planning.  He is currently the head of planning at Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS).
